Worst service ever

I recieved bad service both from Game Polokwane and Hisence. I bought a fridge in September and in October it stopped working. I went to Game to try and exercise my right to return the item since it stopped working within 6 months and I was told I don't have that right I only have the to repairs.They then logged a call with Hisence to come check what's wrong with the fridge and it took a week for Hisence to send a technician to come and when he came he said it's compressor and he will order it. It's been a month now without a fridge cause apparently Hisence only have 1 technician who service the whole of Limpopo province because everytime I call this guy is either in Tzaneen or Giyan which are very far from Polokwane and I must wait for him to come back. I have suffered so many losses due to not having a fridge cause you can't even keep food and I must go buy everytime o want to cook. It was my 1st time buying Hisence applience and it's definitely my last and I will make sure I share my experience with my family, friends and anybody who knows me to avoid the same situation for them.
