Worst Service

I purchased a washing machine from Game Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti October 2022. October 2023 the machine stopped working unable to wash spin or air-dry. I contacted Game Galleria Mall and received absolutely no joy on getting the machine repaired. It's Now March 2024 and still no feedback from Game or Hisense. Absolutely dissapointed
