Worst service

If there were 0 ratings it would definitely be my opinion. My father sent his TV in for repairs about a month ago, because it was their fault after it returned the first time.. When it came back from the phone upgrade, it had black spot on the LCD which they've created and owned up for. We then took it back for the LCD this time and to date we still have not received any follow up calls. This is unbelievable.. In my opinion we deserve a new TV, for all our calls, airtime wasted just to hear the same excuses
