Stay away!!!

I would not recommend Hisense TVs or any of their products to anyone.

They sell you a complete package, or so it looks. I bought an 85u7H on 18 November last year from New World Menlyn. The TV had an app store when I bought it but does not support Dinsey+, YouTube music, etc. (The salesman conveniently didn't mention anything about it). I then started the return process with New World Menlyn on 25 April 2023 because the TV started to show ghosting in its pictures after a few hours of usage. New World had a Hisense technician come out on Monday 08 May 2023. The day before the technician came out, I checked to see if the TV had an update, but to my surprise, Hisense decided to remove the Vidaa App store altogether without consulting any of their loyal customers. New World refuses to give me a refund, and Hisense is utterly useless when it comes to support for their customers.
