My girlfriend upgraded here phone to a new hisense and with it she got a hisense smart watch. Out the box the watch did not charge. The watch was taken in 3 days after purchase to Vodacom eastgate. It has now been a month since that has happened. the most pethetic service between you and vodacom in replacing the unit. I switch from sony to hisense and have spoken highly of you as a smartphone brand and now this is how you treat you customers. You will no longer have any support from me
