Worst phone I have bought
I bought a Hisense U962 at Edgars Menlyn 25/08/2017. I use this phone work purposes only. The phone has Whatsapp and Truecall only as working apps. Yet the phone stops everything from working. I called Hisense and went the customer center. They want me to have a receipt. So I must walk around with a receipt. Now this phone doesn't work it crashing everyday. I went to Edgars Menlyn. They want to book it for two weeks. How will I make money for two weeks. Is Edgars and Hisense gonna pay for those two weeks. I don't want this phone anymore. Buying it was a big mistake. I just want my money back. I will never trust Hisense again and will never recommend it to people I love.
Good Afternoon.
Sorry about your experience. However, the Till Slip Validates the warranty, without this then our repair centre cannot log a call to your warranty conditions.
You can have a reprint from the store and take it back. They will then assess the unit and you will be able to report back to the store with the assessment report.
