Worst manufacturer ever - total waste

This is by far the worst manufacturer to deal with.

Bought a side-by-side fridge from them in 2016, which the compressor pc board has blown. They nicely informed me that the part is discontinued and my fridge is useless after 5 years.

Initialy a wrong part was sent which was returned to them on the 23rd of Sept, I have sent numerous emails following up on my refund with absolutly no response. When I phone, they promise someone will respond to me before the end of the day. Which also does not happen. Every time I email I get a different reference number.

How can you buy an expensive appliance that dies in just 5 years? Where the manufaturer discontinue parts but the appliance is still on the market?
