Worst Customer Service EVER!

Hisense after-sales support takes the cake for being the WORST in the entire world. They took a month to repair my tv which is still under warranty. It came back with scratches and I am now being told that it had scratches when they came to fetch it which is a BLATANT LIE. My Showmax does not work and I am told that nothing can be done about it. To state that I am disappointed is the understatement of the century.
