Worst Customer Service and Support

I have spoken to the call center regarding my tv's that as a out dated internet browser on both my hisense tv's and the dstv app keeps giving issues. They have logged a call on 29 June 2021 it took them till 29 July 2021 requesting my details and proof of purchase with no support from their side. Till today no response or feedback.
