Worst Brand, Product and Customer service in the industry

Bought my 18kg Washing Machine in June of 2021. Probabbly the worst machine I have ever purchased with the worst customer service. I recently logged a warrenty repair with them for a leaking water drain hose at the bottom of my machine, after about 2 weeks a technician came out to attend to the machine, he then asked me why I opened the top cover of the machine, I explained that my wifes wedding ring fell into the gap and I had to get it out as waiting the time I had to wait for a repair was not going to work. I loosened 2 swrews, removed the ring and no work was performed on the machine and they void a warranty claim that is nwhere near that area of the machine, quite absurd to say the least. I would recommend any consumer to stay well clear of Hisense, bad quality product with an ever worse customer service.
