Worst brand ever
Worst experience ever! You order parts and wait for 2 months then when it comes to the day that the part must be delivered no delivery and now, they cannot give me an ETA. how can Hisense not have the parts for their own products. this is acceptable. I will drop my washing machine at Hisense if I do not get feedback. I will also let everyone know to never buy from Hisense. they the worst. i will never recommend Hisense, the staff is very ***********. i paid for a part and is still not getting it and now they want to give my money back and then i will still have a broken washing machine

Even the spares manager cant take calls this time of the year. Stanley Petersen is useless. No help. And even his manager... She dont respond to clients complaints
