Worst Brand Ever

<p><br />I bought a fridge at Makro Crown Mines 2 years ago ,last year it started giving me problems ,reported the matter and a technician came through and it was fixed ,and now it broken again . I called Makro they promised that a technician from Hisense will come by my house and fix the fridge which he did,now there is a part missing and it has been ordered and is in transit . Its been two weeks without a fridge and i appalled by the service i have received from Makro an d HiSense ,not to mention the inconvenience caused for me and my family . I had to throw out food this is completely unacceptable. I dont owe that fridge ,i paid cash for and i am worried about the quality of the item and brand .</p>
