Worst after sales service

Unbelievably bad after sales service, I contacted the company, and informed them that my dishwasher's bottom drawer is rusting away, they responded by saying that its the way the dishes are packed, and that its not covered under the warranty. I told ghem that the dishes can only be packed one way, and if that is the case, it must be a factory fault. How can you build a drawer for a dishwasher, that rust. Its unacceptable, should it not be made of a rust free material, or coated with a material that will prevent it from rusting.
