Worst after sales service

Really dissapointed in the Hisense after sales service. I have had my washing machine for 4 years now and this is the 2nd time that we have to replace the pulsator, which I do not mind. (Even though it is the 2nd time and the washing machine is only 4 years old) I have requested a quote for this part and was told there is no stock, which also does not bother me. My biggest problem is being told that I need to email Hisense on the date provided to follow up if they have stock? I am sorry, but as far as I know I should be contacted on that date. No customer service what so ever and not that it bothers Hisense as they know that I cannot find that part anywhere else and only quick solution is to buy a new one. Unfortuantely I cannot afford this at the moment and if I do buy a new washing machine, will definitely not be a Hisense. Will never buy this brand again.
