Worse service ever !

Worse service ever included the supervisor there , she has no customer service experience at all , she was rude , just because they delivered a broken tv to my house , and when I called them and advice nobody came back to me , I had to call after them , and today 19 May 2023 when I called to follow up on my query , than I get such services !!!!!…. HISENSE COME FETCH YOUR BROKEN TV !!! Easy to take my money but I must run after them to come fetch the damn Tv
