Worrhless customer service

What a joke and then they want consumers to buy their product if you cant even get hold of the customer care service they answer you can hear them having conversations but wont talk to you. Im trying to book my tv for repairs since thats the only way that you can redeem the so called guarentee or warranty they give with the appliance you purchase but how is that possible if the salary earned people working for them cant even do their job typically cant expect nothing less *********** from them allowing people like that to work for them. Dont buy hisense even if its a cheaper option they dont care only about your money
