Winnings not sent

In June 2024 I entered a Hisense Whatsapp competition and in November 2024 I was emailed from Hisense Promotions to say I won a Microwave and a 55' TV. I was asked to send my ID number, TV license, delivery address which i sent and a few days later I was sent another email to say that there was a delay due to Black friday and festive season and it will be delivered. This was in January 2025. I have called Hisense countless times and everytime I am told that I will be called from the promotions team but I never received any calls yet. This matter has been escalated so many times. Have I really won a competition? Will I get my goods? When will I get my goods as this is ridiculous.
