When trying to access DStv on my Hisense Smart TV, it says that I need to update my firmware

When trying to access DStv on my Hisense Smart TV, it says that I need to update my firmware. However, under Settings, it says that my firmware is up to date. I then contacted Hisense SA for assistance but their service was terrible. The communication and replies are very slow and the assistance has still not resolved my issue.
