What are you doing? What's wrong with your customer service? Why is my washing machine leaking?

I bought a washing machine in Aug 2021 and the machine started leaking abnormally on and off after a few months. Since it was on and off it didn't bother me too much.

Recently it started to leak every single wash. It floods my apartment and I have to watch the machine wash so that I can mop up the water so that mold doesn't start growing and wood doesn't get bloated. I contacted hisense customer service but no one has ever picked up my call.

I sent an email through to log a repair request and things were finally going along. I received an SMS stating I'd get a call to confirm when they'll pop by, but after a week of waiting, I receive another SMS saying I've canceled it.
