I'd like to compliment one of your employees, AB Fredericks in technical support, for the excellent service he provided during the course of the week. He helped me to sort out my cell phone issue after I had an unfortunate incident not so long ago.<br> I grew up seeing Hisense appliances at my home have always been pleased with its quality and affordability. However, Mr Fredericks's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.<br> Within a very short space of time, he was very attentive, friendly and professional while dealing with my temper and trying to get my issues sorted out.<br> Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended and really appreciate all you've done!!! <br>
