Waste of money with hisense tvs

Never buy hisense tvs i bought hisense 70inch 4 months back now the screen is cracked and they telling me they cant fix it i must throw it away it cant be fixed.why manufacture something which you cant repair or atleast refer where one can take it to get fixed
