Washing Machine is not working and Hisense is not getting back to me

Good Afternoon. I would like to express my absolute frustration regarding my query. I understand that the entire country is under lock down, but no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. My washing machine's Inlet pipe is not working, or I assume so as the machine is giving me a F01 error, which, according to the user manual, is the inlet that is faulty. I have not been able to do washing for the entire time of lock down. I understand that mobility is an issue in this time, but the "Strict" hygiene measures to **** the Virus is not being adhered to by my house hold as I cannot wash our clothing properly. If my husband and myself were at home at all times like most of South Africans, this could be understandable. But as communicated on so many occasions, we are both essential workers. How am I supposed to wash out clothing in HOT water without burning my hands?
