Washing machine from Hi sense

My name is Nhlanhla Ntuli I bought Hi sense washing machine 18kg top loader last year February 2023 hardly a year machine was broken they came and fix it. 1year 7months machine was not working they came and fix it. Recently they came to change the gearbox now it worse it's leaking. Im phoning them I can't get through.
