Washing machine factory faulty complainant

I bought a Hisense washing machine at wonder park game store which has a warranty of one year. The machine is now broken due to pump issues. I have raised the issue with game store and Hisense at the beginning of the month of July for them to check the machine and also repair. It has been two weeks now after we have been told that they are in the process of ordering the parts nothing has happened. I have been calling the Hisense call centre to be specific Zandile is the one who has been handling the incident but she is not honest she always telling lies. I will advise people to not buy Hisense product because they are not of good quality and the I bought a Hisense washing machine at wonder park game store which has a warranty of one year. Between Hisense and the sub contracts that they are using for repairs they need to be honest with customers and stop feeding customers with lies. They must actually pull up their shocks and also employ people who know how to do their job before they can lose more customers.
