Washing Machine, broken twice in six months
Good day
I am a very frustrated customer, what a mission to get hold of someone to assist, as it look like the Johannesburg hisense is non excisting. The poor switchboard lady in Cape Town was the only one that assisted me very helpfully, thanks to Cape Town.
I bought a Hisense 18L washing, machine the 1 May 2019 at Makro Vaal, on the 30 July I reported there is a problem with the washing machine not even a full 2 months old, on the 31 July a guy with the name Prince came and took out the motor at 20h30 at night and only replace it on the 7 August, not very helpful and having a attitude, but by the looks of it , he did not put back all the parts correctly, see picture attached. I believe the motor is not working again. In six months hisense wants to replace a motor of a brand new washing machine. To be honest I do not want the hisense washing machine any more. I want my money refunded and I will go a buy another make of washing machine.
I even reported the issue to makro ref nr 290067 on the 30 September and up and till now, I have not yet receive any feedback.
I went to Makro this morning and they said Hisense need to make the decision. How could you pay R7500 for a washing machine and the motor goes with in 6 months twice.
Could you kindly give me a reference to refund my washing machine please. Please see my complaint on the 6 August below. Veronica, also was not very helpful.
Looks like you buy a washing machine for your own convenient, but once it is broken hisense and Makro give a dam of how you will do your washing and the customer needs to wait until they can make a decision. Is this fair to us?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards
