Washing machine broke after 2 months. Customer service no where to be found.

I bought a washing machine at Game on 05 Nov 2022 and the machine just stopped working mith my laundry inside on 09 Jan 2023. Two months after I bought it. I then sent an email and got a reference number, but to this day I have not had any assistance. The customer line just rings and I've called over 20times. Please will you urgently assist.
