Washing Machine breaking clothes!

My machine is damaging my clothes, I have thrown away multiple pairs of underwear, bra's and my toddlesrs clothes. I have fixed multiple large items, some tops, pants, cushion. Hisense checked the machine and reported that there is nothing faulty with the machine which means the Spin is probably just too Harsh. Game does not respond to my emails and when I call they promise to respond but I get no communication from them and Hisense wont man up to their bad product. I am still within my 6 months and it has been doing this from day one. I am sick of replacing my clothes. this is unacceptable!
