Washing machine

Hisense must concentrate on making fridge because washing machine is not make sure and their customer line or service is bad. I have lodge complain about washing machine that stop working after 2 weeks but now I'm fighting like I didn't pay for machine, They have sent someone to fix washing machine of course and the person came 1st,2nd and third times with new part but still the machine not working. The machenic also comfirm that washing machine is not working and he also sent report to hisense, but still I wash with hands in this winter after paying 7000. All I want is to return the machine and find something working
