Washing machine 13kg

I bought an washing machine at OK furniture in delmas after 3 years in warranty of buying my hi sense 13kg washing machine it did not switch on I went in to OK furniture and reported it 1 month ago 17-11-2020 after technian come after waiting 3 weeks he report it to be our fault that computer box is blown by electricity and we need to pay R1500 for part and labour which I feel is unfair I than ask their management to phone me which never happened and I had to go back to OK furniture store. I have also an TV of hi sense Tha blow couple of months ago and feel this is not fair because they don't sell quality products and would like to report this matter as my product is still under warranty
