Warranty Registration
I bought a washing machine front loader 7kg last year November at Take A lot and I have been trying to register it for a warranty. I kept calling their headquarters with no luck. Their call centre agents would give me different email addresses to send my enquiry to. I have sent more than 5 emails to their office and all I received were different call tickets which haven’t been resolved to date. I tried calling them again today with no luck. I am so upset because the call agents promised me that their turn around time to respond and action my email would be after 72 hours. I have been sending emails since 04th January 2025.
