Warranty nightmare because of external service providers

I have an issue with my Hisense 40" TV still under warranty. Contacted Hisence a week ago and filled the service request form. Recieved feedback from Bradley the same day that supplier will phone me back in 48 hrs. Supplier Mikectrolite did not call me. E-mailed Bradley and he called me back saying he spoke to them and they will call me before 12:00. At 14:00 I e-mailed Bradly again saying they did not call. Recieved a call from technician (after Bradley spoke to them again) and explained the problem. Technician made an appointment with me for Friday 14:30. I took off early at work (at my expense). Technician did not show. His cell phone off. Phoned Hisence on Saturday and the lady told me the owner of Mikectrolite will call me before 10:00. Phoned Hisence again at 11:30 saying no one called me. I assured the technician will be there the same day. The tecnician arrived at around 15:00 and replaced the Mainboard. 30 minutes after technician left the TV still had the problem. I texted the technician asking if he will come back on Monday or if I must contact Hisence again. No response. Recieved a e-mail on Monday morning from Hisense stating the supplier closed the job as completed. Called Hisence again and was given a new reference number. Searched Mikectrolite on white and yellow pages, but both numbers does not exist. Hi sense assures me they will phone me tomorrow to make an appointment. I want them back today to fix my TV. Its been a week now and I am not in the mood for the same run around again and the next few days does not suit me as I will not be at home till late. Why is Hisence using these poor and terrible service providers? Although Bradley and everyone else at Hisense were great, I blame Hisense 100% for the poor customer service because they chose to use fly-by-night service providers.

After sending an e-mail to Hisense, they responded quickly and the owner of the service provider visited my home personally.
