Warranty claims nightmare

So much for the so called extended warranty. I purchased a Hisense TV through Game. the screen has started to leak from the top down and i reported the matter to Game and it was escalated to Hisense. 2 not so sobber and scruffy looking technician eventually came to the house and without doing much said the TV had fallen. the TV never fell and its the screen that faulty internally. an argument ensured as i informed the technicians that this a misdiagnosis but they insisted and left saying i would be contacted. its now a month down the line and nothing from Hisense. not sure if i will purchase anything branded Hisense ever.
