WARN PEOPLE NOT TO BUY HISENSE WASHING MACHINES

To warn people NEVER to buy a Hisense washing machine 10kg or any other one!!! I bought my washing machine March 2020 from Makro, looking for something that will last and don't give problems for being a woman alone. 1st problem April 2021 and the problem went on until beginning December 2021, I reported it on the 17th December, had to report it few times phoning Macro before the technician came out on the 24th December, looked at it change few things and said he must order a filter, waited until the 1st week in December, brought the filter and the next day the machine started all over again, reported again to Makro, the technician came out on Saturday 8th January and he had to remove the "brain" from the machine, he will come and put it back tomorrow. For one month I was without a washing machine and sorry December and holidays are not an excuse. Why do you have a warranty on your machine for 5 years? They see the machine have a problem, why not replace the washing machine but rather let a client be without a washing machine and don't care??? Never in my I thought to have problems with a new washing machine and then have to be without one for so long!! Bad service, totally!!! Never been so disappointed in my life sad to know if I bought any other brand they would have already replaced it already and that is service.
