Waiting for fridge repair

My new fridge has a faulty door, I reported it to the repair centre, the guys came and accused me of dropping the fridge of which was not true. Then someone called me and she sent another repair guy who said that the fridge is waped and they will give me a call. I have been waiting for their call for 3 weeks now
