Very Weak and low quality Hisense products

Bought a Hisense Microwave at Game Store Mall of Africa and it did not even last for a year because it stopped working in January 2026 having bought it in May 2025. Now Game Store doesn’t want to do the repairs since I have lost the original invoice. But I have provided them with the proof of payment and the microwave is still in its package with the barcode. I would never buy any of the Hisense products again if you subject them to this kind of unfair business practices.
