Very poor service. No fridge
We purchased a hisense fridge from Makro 2 years ago. The fridge stopped working but the freezer was working. Hisense can to fix the fridge but then it stopped working completely. It has now been over 10 days without a fridge and no assistance.

29 Dec 2023, 09:47STILL no reply from hisense. The service is shocking. No fridge since the beginning of December. Now all the managers are on leave so nobody to authorize the credit until 3 Jan. Unbelievable
