Very disappointed in Hisense South Africa's service delivery

I bought a Hisense washing machine 18Kg at Makro for the price of almost R9000, they told me it has an 5yr warranty, so now the the water drain pump of the machine is not working so i phoned Hisense and they told me it will take up to 3days for someone to come to my house and service the machine, its Been almost 2weeks now and i am still waiting, now you can imagine all the washing i have
