Very disappointed

I bought a side by side fridge freezer on the 20th of Jan at Game Southgate and I was assisted by Phillipe , on the 21st I switched it on only for the fridge light not become on, I then called the store and spoke to Phillipe and he said he will log a call for me, he did that on Monday the 22nd , but even up to now ,no call from hisense or Phillipe to check the progress of the matter. Phillipe told me that I need to give them 24 to 48hrs but that has long passed .
