Very bad service!

We bought a hisense fridge which only lasted for just over 2 years (still under warrantee). It is 12 days since someone would have made contact to come and have a look at the fridge and no one has been here yet. We had to keep following up and received a lot of promises from Hisense that they would be here and yet we are still waiting at home for them to come. We will not buy Hisense again.
