Very Bad service
I purchased a Hisense washing machine on March 19, 2025, but it isn't spinning or holding water. I called them on the 27th because I intended to return it on the app, but it claimed it was refused. I then called and complained, and they said they would send a technician to check it out. I'm still waiting on a call from them right now. No communication.
