Very bad service

Hisense service is very poor, I live in Standerton bought a fridge at OK store after two years that new fridge broke… It was not working anymore, logged a call to OK for repair and the lady that assisted me was very friendly and could come me down her name was Nandi.. It took three months for Hisense to send a technician,a technician attended to it and it only worked for a week since last month iv been waiting for them to take it back cause it shows that iv been given a display…called their customer service took hour which consumed my airtime.. I would never choose their brand ever again it cost me a lot now I have to buy meat on a daily basis and eat up everything iv cooked Hisense cost me…
