very bad customer and agent service by Hisense

I have ordered a washing machine part from Hisense agents 3 weeks ago and this agent is waiting for the part yet it has been paid for by me. what silly service does Hisense offer to its customer that buy their product . to everyone reading I give you my honest opinion Hisense service delivery is useless. They blame it on the novel COVID 19 pandemic. it doesn't take 3 weeks to receive goods. I order on take a lot and it in 3 days.

Hisense should not sell their product in South Africa if they cannot provide basic services to the agents and customers
