Very Bad After Sales Service

TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

I do not see myself ever buying another Hisemse inplentnever again. It can't be that when I need spares it takes 2 weeks just to get the quotation. I meam 2 weeks. Emails to their spares line go unanswered. Their supervisors promise to call back they never do.

These guys r just beyond terrible. Just know if any Hisense item goes down - you are literally stuck with something that will be a headache to repair
