utterly ridicules service

Firstly I do not agree with the rating it should be on Zero rating they don't even deserve 1 star Query logged on the 12/09/2022 for my Hisense TV not working and on the same day I called in to confirm receipt for the query. The confirmed that they have received everything and their turn around time is 24- 48 hours. I waited and on the 14th, I called them back for follow up as I did not receive any correspondence as per our recorded telephone conversation. To my surprise they cant see an attached proof of purchase. I resent the proof of purchase and called them back to confirm the receipt for the proof of purchase. like before, they acknowledged the receipt of the attached and advised that i will receive a call as soon as possible, guess what they never contacted me as per their recorded calls. Their agent just end calls while I was still talking. Hisense service is pathetic. Do not purchase hisense TV or products. I am still waiting
