Uselessness

Taken a 4 month old TV set to Customer Repair While You Wait center in Milnerton Cape Town three times. They never have the part there as promised when I arrive, I offered to drive to their store in Atlantis and collect the part for them if they are unable to get it to the repair center, that was not good enough.<br> I was promised the part would be there today and I could bring the TV in for it to be fitted. Phoned there to check before driving another 100 km and got told the person I was dealing with has now gone on leave knowing full well he told me to phone him and nobody there has any knowledge of what is going on.<br> Rob Duck
