Useless Vida OS “Smart Tv” Hisense
Their Vida OS is the biggest load of 💩. App Store is non existent and upgrades don’t exist. Stay far far away from their products. Zero Customer service and support. Pay abit more for a Samsung or any proper Android based device. You won’t be sorry.

The don’t even offer a solution only an apology which is pathetic for a company of their size. Stay far away from the Vidaa OS products.

That’s all well and good BUT how many hundreds of thousands of people have been affected by this. Not all customers are as tech savvy to understand that it’s not a Smart Tv in the True Sense.
