Useless to say the least

Useless to say the least. The call centre states it takes 2-3days for an inspection, it took many phone calls and 7 days to get someone out. The report and credit was only approved 2 days later. Now I can't seem to get anyone to collect the fridge which means I don't get my credit until they collect and that will probably take another several days. 2 weeks with no working fridge🙈
