Useless customer service..

Absolutely horrible customer service.. Bought a stove and the thermometer is faulty.. Have contacted Hisense and their technician came to check and confirmed that it is faulty, report was given and credit was raised at Hisense.. And that is where it stopped... nothing else, it's been more than a week now, and I am sitting with a broken stove..

Now they first need to collect the broken unit before they can give me a new one.. Why not do it together as a swop?? How must I cook for my family when they eventually desides to bring the new stove... Pathetic if you ask me....

Really not happy...
