Upset customer!!!!!!!

I bought a fridge in 2021 and the flap which you press your glass against broke off.... we barely use the dispenser. I made contact with Game Beacon Bay In East London then they asked me to send them an email it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for their reply. I tried to call them sent emails again but to no response. I am so disappointed because the fridge was expensive and i did not expect to have a white elephant that's still under warranty. This is not the first time something like this has happened. I'll never buy something from Game ever again!!!!
