unsatisfied with organisation of winners prizes

i won a competition at Makro in December with the prize being hi sense products. I was contacted once by hisense about delivering my prize. when i eventually contacted makro i was told that hi sense has a cut off date (6 march) to delivery or i will receive a voucher to the prize value. on 6 March i informed makro that i did not receive my prize. that same afternoon my prize was delivered at my house. i was unhappy that i had to spend 4 hours phoning up and down to hi sense to try and get the courier name so that i could arrange a time. i had a right to not accept the prize as it was past the due date as per makro. i opened all my prizes and found that one item was not in the package. when i contacted makro this morning they said they have found out about it and now have given hi sense till 13 march to dleiver or once again i will be given a voucher. This is not acceptable and very poor organisation from both parties involved. No sorry or anything for all the delay and poor management of the situation.
